Technical base
Morska Stocznia Remontowa S.A. possesses a lot of state-of-the art machinery and equipment that ensure a comprehensive service to its Clients. The infrastructure of "MORSKA" permits diagnostics and assures a high quality of work (to be) done. First of all "MORSKA" owns: - The 700m long quay that permits repairs of ships with a draught of up to 6.50m and length of up to 180m;
- The 3,500Mg dock that enables repairs of underwater parts of ships, which may be up to 115m long and up to 17.5m wide;
- The 4,500Mg dock that enables repairs of underwater parts of ships, which may be up to 120m long and up to 19m wide;
- The self-powered cranes with lifting capacities up to 100t;
- The dockside cranes:- The lifting capacity 20.0t/12.5t (the max. outreach 32m) – 1 off; the lifting capacity 8t/5t (the max. outreach 30m) – 3 off;
- The hull – steel shop with an area of 5.850m2 and provided with 2 off overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 12,5t and 3 off overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 5t – the shop permits fabrication of steel and aluminium structures and repairs of deck equipment;
- a hall meant for pipe systems repairs with the area of 1220 m2 and equipped with overhead crane with the lifting capacity of 5 t – which makes repair and assembly of ships’ pipeline systems possible;
- The machining shop with an area of 650m2 that permits machining parts of machinery, marine equipment and structures;
- The repair shop with an area of 650m2 for ER equipment that permits repairs and regeneration of ER equipment;
- Three off (self-powered) industrial tents with an area of 2000m2 that render the opportunity to build and protect surfaces of large size structures.
