Offshore structures
For the offshore industry Morska Stocznia Remontowa S.A. has been constructing diverse structures in carbon steels, stainless steels and aluminium. All of such structures have been carried out to the very demanding technical standards NORSOK M-101 and NORSOK M-102, and European Standards. Here are the structures made by MSR S.A.: - T-beams, box girders and nodes;
- Main decks, openwork decks, external penetrations, frames;
- Well towers for oil platforms;
- Large size structures;
- Pipe tripods, pipeline supports;
- Gratings, railings, ladders and gangways;
- Structural members for cranes, trusses, overhead cranes;
The Yard has got a great deal of experience in producing aluminium structures such as: - Decks;
- Platforms;
- Large size structures;
- Welded girders;
- Staircase towers;
- Gratings, railings, ladders and gangways.
"MORSKA" also applies paint coats on steel structures to the requirements of NORSOK M-501. The high quality of the work done has been confirmed by surveyors of such organisations as Statoil, Aker Stord, Kvaerner Egersund, Carboline, International. The Yard also fabricates pipelines in carbon steels and stainless steels in compliance with the requirements of NORSOK M-601.
