Invitation to cooperation

MORSKA Stocznia Remontowa S.A. in Świnoujście invites companies to cooperation, both internal and external in the following scope:

ships' repairs,
building steel and aluminium structures for the mining industry restricted to petroleum and gas – offshore.

1. External cooperation – fabrication of structures on the premises of the cooperating party.
In this case the Yard, as the party ordering, provides:

performance documentation
performance standards
materials delivery
welding wire
acceptance of first structures at subcontractor’s premises
workers training
welders special training
assistance at putting the production in motion

Cooperating party, as the contractor, provides:

performance in accordance with the provided documentation and standards
cutting the material in order to manufacture the structure

The cooperating party’s price tender should include:

price for manufacturing 1 kg of structure,
the date of completing the structure,
if there is a possibility of the structure’s transport, price per 1 km of transport.

2. Internal cooperation - fabrication on the premises of MSR S.A.
In this case the Yard, as the party ordering, provides:

working and technological documentation and all obligatory instructions – procedures,
all materials, indispensible for manufacturing the structure, in the kinds and amounts following from the documentation,
sections in the commercial length,
all necessary welding materials, energy utilities, industrial gases,
cut-out details,
materials requiring bending on a machine,
details requiring machining,
scaffoldings,
all necessary transport operations (both horizontal and vertical) according to beforehand notifications,
geodetic service,
lighting, ventilation,
technical and quality inspection of the work process.

The cooperating party provides:

cutting to assembly sizes and bevelling the delivered materials,
mounting and welding entire structures,
grinding the whole structure,
the contractor is obliged to carry out welding work as per welding procedures (WPS) and technologies delivered by MSR,
suitable equipment for manufacturing the structures and expert staff,
possible accommodation and alimentation for their own workers.

and secures the following in respect of industrial safety:

Working clothing – in accordance with the standard statutory for the given post (applies also to contractor’s supervision)
Personal protections:
- safety boots with protective metal plate on the toes of the boots,
- Protective gloves,
- safety goggles, absolute obligation to wear them during the entire production process (applies also to contractor’s supervision)
- welding goggles, welding mask, crash helmet, noise reduction pads or earmuffs.
Welding equipment: oxygen regulator and blowpipes, oxygen – acetylene hoses, welding cables have to have valid periodical surveys and comply with the requirements as per obligatory regulations for given devices.
Protecting hazardous places during performing work by cooperation with department’s supervision and with the Safety Supervisor.
The contractor is obliged to closely cooperate with the Safety Supervisor, Building Supervisor and the production supervision (Foreman) in order to observe the industrial safety regulations, obligatory in the project while reporting and eliminating ‘accident hazards” according to the established system.

The cooperating party’s price tender should include:

price for manufacturing 1 kg of structure,
the date of completing the structure.
